Costs
We operate on a simple pricing structure.
A case review is a fixed fee of £250.
For services outside of the SEND Tribunal appeal process, we charge a standard hourly rate of £65. An estimate of the work will be provided from the outset. We ask for the fees to be paid in advance. In the event of a case settling before a hearing the client will be charged for work carried out depending on the duration of your case and a refund of any monies left will be issued. When the work is complete we will issue a final invoice with full breakdown.
SEND Tribunal appeals
We offer a capped fee price for each appeal which will enable you to budget at the beginning of the appeal process and set a maximum limit on what you will expect to pay for the case work involved. If your case settles before the hearing, you will be charged for the work completed at our standard hourly rate which may mean the cost of work is less than the capped fee detailed.

Tribunal extended powers appeals
For all rights of appeal to the Tribunal (excluding a refusal to carry out an EHC needs assessment), there is the option of asking the Tribunal to make non-binding recommendations about health and social care. These cases vary in complexity. If you are asking for the Tribunal to make recommendations about health and/or social care as part of your appeal, additional fees may apply. Any additional fees will vary depending on the nature and the complexity of the recommendations you are seeking. However, advice about this and an estimate of any extra fees will be provided at the earliest stage possible.
Additional costs & legal aid
Non appeal form filling, postage, photocopying, and reasonable travel expenses, if a face-to-face meeting is required, are not included in the above services. These costs are clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions which you will receive before you decide to commit to any of our services.
You may be eligible for help under the Legal Aid Scheme. If you are in any doubt you can check on the .gov website. If you are eligible for Legal Aid then you should apply for it.
