Our goal is to take the stress out of negotiations and offer realistic, straightforward advice to parents who find themselves in conflict with their local authority concerning the educational support for their children. In our experience, parents know their children best, regardless of the expertise of the professionals involved. If children and young people’s needs are met, this is often the first step towards achieving successful outcomes and positive life experiences. In many cases, skilled advocacy and negation can result in successful outcomes – especially when it is provided at the earliest stage. This means that parents may not need to appeal to the SEND Tribunal, thereby saving time, stress, and money.
